Eventfully is a B2B corporate event management platform that allows event managers to:
•Create and manage events.
•Upload data about exhibitors, sponsors, speakers, schedules, and attendees.
•Purchase subscription plans based on the number of attendees.
Attendees and speakers can:
•Log in to browse events.
•Update their personal information.
•Network with other users through chat features.
•Request deletion of their data.
•Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information updated.
•Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
•Compliance with Laws: You agree to use the Services in accordance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.
•Prohibited Conduct: You shall not:
•Use the Services for any unlawful purpose.
•Upload, post, or transmit any content that is defamatory, obscene, offensive, or infringes on the rights of others.
•Engage in spamming, phishing, or other harmful activities.
•Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our systems.

•Mutual Ownership: Event managers and Eventfully collectively own the content uploaded to the platform. This mutual ownership allows us to share data with partners to enrich user experience.
•Third-Party Content: We may display content provided by third parties. We do not endorse or assume responsibility for third-party content.
•Plans: Event managers must purchase a subscription plan, which determines the number of attendees they can upload.
•Billing: All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors compliant with industry standards.
•Taxes: You are responsible for all applicable taxes associated with your subscription.
•Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription within 14 days after the trial period, provided your event does not start within 14 days of the cancellation request.
•Refunds: Refunds will be processed according to our Refund Policy and may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account.
•Chargebacks: Unauthorized chargebacks may result in the termination of your account.
•Our Content: All content provided by Eventfully, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Eventfully and is protected by intellectual property laws.
•Restrictions: You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.
You agree not to disclose any confidential information obtained through the Services to any third party without our prior written consent.
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
•No Warranty: The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
•Liability Limitations: Eventfully shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Services.
•Data Accuracy: We are not liable for inaccuracies in event data or content uploaded by users. Our data comes from multiple sources and may not always be 100% accurate.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Eventfully, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
•Arbitration: Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules.
•Jurisdiction: The arbitration will take place in Dallas, Texas, and the arbitrator's decision may be entered into any court with competent jurisdiction.
•Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive the right to participate in a class action lawsuit.
•By You: You may terminate your account at any time by following the account termination procedures.
•By Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
•Effects of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Sections related to Content Ownership, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Dispute Resolution will survive termination.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Eventfully. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content or practices of any third-party sites.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
